Baby Zaiden

I received a pleasant surprise yesterday, when my friend Doris, to whom I haven't spoken in well over a year, called me. We both lost each others' phone numbers, but she did some detective work and tracked down Mom who gave her my number (thanks Mom!).

Doris is a friend I met when I lived in Rhode Island for a year back in 1998 - 10 years ago? How is that possible?

Her exciting news was that her third child was born in January. Here's Zaiden shortly after he was born:

I hope we'll get a chance to visit them sometime. Rhode Island's a great place to visit during the summer, so maybe in a year or two.
