Birthday Party

Last weekend, Mom, Dad, Jon, Amber, and Trevor came to visit. Activities included Saturday at the Mall of America followed by a party to celebrate Mom's and Jack's birthdays.

We ate fondue (meat in oil, bread and veggies in cheese, and fruit in chocolate) followed by a birthday cake. I baked the cake and Trevor added flair with his decorations.

Here's a closeup of Trevor's handiwork. I enjoyed watching how calculated he was with the M&Ms and candles. I had to limit the red sugar, but otherwise that's all his creative touch!
